Correction
Hi, how do i correct an error on my form I130. Under Beneficiary Entry Information Question 46.a” He or she arrived as a (class of admission) it should be blank cause she never entered the US but accidentally put UN in the form. I tried the correct typographical error at uscis page but the page is down saying bad gateway. Please help

@mike use microsft edge or use google chrome in incognitive mode .. you will be able to create the request.

if your 130 is not approved yet, have to call uscis and make a request to correct it. if it is approved, you have to file 824 to ask uscis to change it and pay for filing 824.

they have not approve it. im not waiting for them to make a decision cause they might deny my petition due to that error. Might as well do the typographical error rather wait right? and it is so hard to get in touch with an agent on the phone

Call and let them know they will note your account, and then go on to https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request, click on typographic error and then follow the steps I just did this on Tuesday for error I did on my spouse I-130, my case is actively being reviewed and rep told me looks like it wont effect my case but to send request anyway. hey, mine also says "UN". I don't think it was a typo you made, when you submit the form online through the website and then that info is transferred into a PDF, that "UN" just appears

send them a message via inbox before they approve it. they are not going to deny it.

Mine also same showing UN this is generated automatically by the system which defines UNKNOWN

hi I already approved a month ago and I just checked my i130 online to see and I had the samething UN . it’s online thing don’t bother yourself about it. I never paid attention to it. just make sure you filled in part 4 about the beneficiary where to attend the interview on 61a 61b and 62a b and c.
