did you apply for k3? when did you apply for that? Im also in Vermont my pd is September 24 2021 k3pd February 3 2022 Actively reviewed since February 19th

I applied by myself. just filled out the form and attach i130 reciept and mailed it. very easy to do. it is completely free for us citizens. lawyers were asking lot of money but it's not worth it

yeah I also applied for k3. did you ever get actively reviwed? how long did it take you to get from actively reviewing to approved?

actively reviewed on october 26 and on 27 it was approved for i130. so my k3 was dismissed.

How does NVC work? Is it the last document you submitted your time start running. I submitted my DS260 & i864 on December 16, 2021 however I submitted supporting documents later in February. Does my time starts in February?
