I filed concurrently and my i140 already got approved but it took a lot longer than those that filed them separate

honestly you're the 1st person in past 4-5 months i've seen mentioning that you got concurrent filing i140 approval hence asking. was it Nebraska or from Texas?

My PD is June 2019. My I-140 was approved on April 2021. Texas Service Center.

I filed concurrently with I-485 and I’m still waiting on that one.

i am still waiting for i140 approval. i140 i485 i765 i131 filed together i.e. concurrent. PD May 2021. Biometrics done end of June. waiting for i140 approval. eb1c category - Nebraska hoping to get the approval soon.

wow, these are long wait times. i just hope everything gets into motion quickly and all of us gets approvals for i140 and GC's 🙏

My biometrics were originally scheduled for March 2020 but COVID hit and they re-scheduled them for Oct 2020. As far as my medical RFE, I believe my attorney (who is handling my case) submitted all that since the beginning because I remember her asking me for medical items aroound Dec 2019. I need to give her a call tomorrow so I will ask her.
