pd 04/05/2021 both in us field office Charleston SC did my bio in august, no news after that

I tried to call service center but service center is closed.

you have to call at 1800 375 5283 Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm but best time to make it phone call at 8 am otherwise you will have to wait sometime 100 or 200 minutes

I called 2 times and I asked for costumer service the computer replied me if you want to talk to an assistant I will hang up good bye lol

oh no you have to play smart call them on Monday and say request for expedite and and computer will put officer on the line
