clarification
Hi Guys, pls i need your input on this, I have 2 kids and they are U.S citizen and i want to file for my Spouse but on my 2020 tax returns which i want to use as supporting document only 1 kid is there . Meanwhile, there is a question of household size on the form i-864 how many kids would i declare there 1 or 2 so cofused. Pls advise.

you could have two kids but not be financially responsible for 1 or any of them, please read the instruction for filling out form i-864. you can print it on uscis page I think it clears states who can be listed.

the child not on the tax is not your dependent

I had that same situation I only put the child that is on my tax and not my other. whichever one is on your tax that’s the one you will go with. don’t even bother mentioning the other child, leave it be. trust me
