if you are not the us citizen or green cardholder you cannot ask about the I130 but you can ask about the rest. if you gave out the receipt number for I130 then they can’t give you information

I asked about my 1-130 and it asked me all sort of personal information about my wife because I connected to a live agent. then it said I can’t make enquiry because I’m not the petitioner

use the chat, they ask you for husband or wife’s info and you put your spouse’s info... that’s what I usually do if I want to find out about my I-130

they were asking about the last four digits of her SSN which I can’t remember where I put it. I tried chatting with Emma but the automated response I’m getting made me request for a live chat. it’s not fair. the last time I saw my wife was 2019. this is taking too long 😪
