change of address
uscis still sends my mails and packages to my old address despite the fact that I already changed my address with them which they confirmed. USPS has returned 3 eads (my kids) back to uscis bcos they claimed they can only send it to my old address that's indicated on the packages and can't forward it to my current bcos they're from the government. I chatted with a live agent abt 3 days ago who confirmed that my address has been changed since September but NBC still sent to my old address on October 30th.
What can I do? This is frustrating 🤦♀️

they did the same to me, sent in almost 5 change of address requests, called them to change it. Even till now when I call they still reference my old address and it’s been more than 6months since we moved.

@JB Eric, that's too bad of uscis. And it gonna take forever for them to resend those cards

Good news, I got a courtesy email from uscis today that they're going to resend my kids EAD to my current address.
