Change of address (CR-1)
Hi guys,
I have a question regarding change of address.
Our application stage: Currently waiting for NOA2.
We are both living in Singapore and we put our Singapore address when we filed i-130 (online). However, we are moving to Thailand within a month, so we want to change our address.
On the USCIS website, there is a link to change address. When we click on it and begin filling it out, there is no option to write an address outside the USA. It requires us to select the state and US zipcode.
On the USCIS home profile, we are not able to edit the mailing or physical address either (it is grayed out and a note says we aren't allowed to change our address during this step in the process).
We are not really sure what we should/can do. Any advice?
Thank you very much!

No, we haven't received our NOA2 and our case is still "being actively reviewed" We spoke to the representative but they told us that they are also only able to change address within the US and recommend that we upload an additional PDF file on our online account for change of address.
