case withdrawal
Is it possible to reopen a case? some time back i posted someone wrote to USCIS to withdrawal my case,it has happened today after waiting for 406 days😭😭😭. I want my Husband to come join me. is it possible to reopen the case?? I called USCIS and was told someone will get back to me, now case is withdrawn!! Please advise me,What can i do???

how possible is it for someone who isn’t the petitioner to withdraw your case on your behalf lol. that person should be in jail then lol for forgery n so on. This doesn’t add up I’m sorry

Sounds funny! it’s either you or your husband who has the right to withdraw your case. Even your lawyer cannot withdraw your case without your consent.

when she posts it I told her To arrest her roommate If case is withdraw is automatic deny so you have to refile

I once personally withdraw my case, however i have reapply currently. but no one has the right to withdraw your case, I believe there is more to the information you posted.

@roxy... it might happen especially if you prove that you live with the petitioner and beneficiary in the same house... USCIS will take it as granted because you guys live in the same roof so you might be aware of what's going on... Sometimes they will just used you to spy. I remembered her story while back ago. But she should have brought the roommate to court/jail because that's insane.

how can someone just withdraw your case until they don't know your case number, personal data etc. also, they need either yours or the petitioner's signed form to withdraw it. seems like you don't want to tell the truth
