Case was scheduled after receiving Greencard
Hi all, could you please share your experience about this situation?
After attending my interview on 3/19/2024, I got approved on the same date. My physical card is in my hands already. But My case was still updated “The case was scheduled for an interview” early this week. I chatted with Emma, they let me know my appointment next month is set already.
I do not know what happened to my case. and is it an error in their system?

if your PD is current, you are good to fine. otherwise it’s uscis system errors.

@Alex brown how can we know that is an error system in case? Assume it is an error, why does it have a date for an interview in case?

why do you even talk to Emma? Just enjoy your days with Green card. if your interview is set up from USCIS side then just be ready. I don't know why you want problems even after getting your green card 🤷♂️😆

@el jugador true, he got gc on his hands and he think too much. i recommend to contact the field office directly and ask what do they want

@dragon fly I would recommend not to panic at this moment until and unless he gets notice for his interview in his mailbox. Staying cool would be a better option 😂 😆

@el jugador thank for your advice. if I do not receive the notice of the interview letter, I will not need to attend it, or do I need to contact them in case? because I knew my date because I chatted with Emma.

@D T just check your mail box keeping 2 days gap. I would suggest you not to panic regarding conversation with Emma. All is well bro. Just keep faith. Enjoy the moment.
