Case transferred to NBC and nothing is outstanding - EMMA
hey guys,
My case recently got transferred to NBC like 20 days ago and I talked to Emma today about progress whether it got moved to Local office or Field office etc. and they just told me that it’s still at NBC and nothing is outstanding at the moment.
I have not submit my medical yet. What should I expect now ?

@immigrant alien mine too, so sick of waiting! when was your I-140 approved and when did you file? i filed 08/21/21, i-140
approved 11/02/22.

@S SS My case was filed at TSC and got 485 got transfer to nbc after i40 approval. i40 got approved in February

@a b I filed Sep 20 2021 concurrently, I-140 approved Nov 17 2022. So I am just a couple of weeks behind you. Hope you get a decision soon!

@Sharad kumar oh cool…Getting transfer from TSC is always very positive news. My eb1a case was also filed @ TSC on August 15th 2022 and my I-140 was approved on 01 September 2022. Till now no EAD, no AP, no transfer in my case. case is still @ TSC. my case was also filed without medicals.
