I asked through to speak to a live agent, they ask some security questions and then I asked where my case was at and she told me it was moved from Nebraska to Texas. so frustrating that they don't even warn you .

I called and aid info pass. and then I got the agent over the phone and they told me that it was transferred to Vermont
