case taking longer time
It’s been more than 2 years since I applied for my spouse..USCIS don’t update anything and says the case in under review. I’m not sure what to do!!!!

yeah, the processing time should be no more than 7 months at Nebraska, but they say they haven’t made a decision

yes, I did submit the request for outside normal processing time and talked to the officer but they say the officer who is reviewing my case hasn’t made a decision

it shouldn’t take that long for us citizens is that because of embassy of Nepal slow down or backlog of covid time pending cases please follow up embassy of Nepal Nd do let me know

Looks like your case has been transferred, it’s very unusual for such case to still be pending up till this time…2yrs already?

@jori - yes, USCIS says my case is being reviewed by the Nebraska Service Center

Yes, your case cannot be moved to your home country- Nepal, until it’s approved here by USCIS first.
