yeah, the processing time should be no more than 7 months at Nebraska, but they say they haven’t made a decision

yes, I did submit the request for outside normal processing time and talked to the officer but they say the officer who is reviewing my case hasn’t made a decision

Are you sure it's still in Nebraska? It may have been transferred to another centre

it shouldn’t take that long for us citizens is that because of embassy of Nepal slow down or backlog of covid time pending cases please follow up embassy of Nepal Nd do let me know

@jori - yes, USCIS says my case is being reviewed by the Nebraska Service Center

@shiba - I think US embassy of Nepal will not have my case unless approved by USCIS

Yes, your case cannot be moved to your home country- Nepal, until it’s approved here by USCIS first.
