case still not approved by uscis
My case (i-824) was summited to USCIS and received receipt notice on march 27,2020.I am still waiting for approval. I did everything I can.
Can someone guide me what can be done, I am hopeless now
Am I the only one suffering this issue or this is common problem with everybody?

Receipt notice March 16th 2020 for my son. Nothing else since then although I've desperately tried getting information.

If this for you or your spouse and you were married before filing i485, you can file i130 as well.
I am filing both i824 and i130 for my spouse and I will go with whichever gets approved first.

For I-824, you have to call the USCIS very often. Very few people file this case and they will just forget about it.
