does your I-360 and I-765 have the same receipt number?

I applied in dec end. and biometrics was for I485 n I360 in the end of March. and it has been only updated to I485.

and one more thing can u check what is your class requested in I765 receipt?

AO - no, my 360 and 765 have different receipt numbers. sam singh - I guess i am not the only one. It is hard to not get anxious when we cannot rely on our cases showing updated. It is hard to follow. I hope we both get an update soon.

@sam yes it had both the i360 and i485. My friend applied in December and got the notice of receipt maybe around January 2. His case is 2 weeks before mine on everything. He applied 2 weeks before me, his notice of receipts was 2 weeks before mine, biometrics 2 weeks before mine. He got his EAD maybe a week after his biometrics appt.

@Jose, it is totally understandable to get anxious, but i have seen people getting thier approvals even without getting updates. if you took your fingerprints and photo, be rest assured that they have it in their system and do not worry. Sometimes it depends on which officer has your file. You not seeing it not updated in your case file does not mean that they have not applied your prints to your case. Also, I think now they are processing EADs for people from September. I saw one person from September 2021 got an approval April 1. My Vawa case is Dec 6, so am still in line..hang in there 🙏🏾

I almost forgot, with my case my attorney sent my FBI clearance and my police clearance showing my clean record too. I don’t know if that may help to speed up the EAD process.

@Jose, have you received your Prima Facie?? that also takes a while and some people don't even get it at all and still get approved. These people are so unpredictable 😭😭

@Leo thank you for the reassurance. Hopefully we all get our EAD’s and approvals soon. Even just having my EAD will make me feel a lot calmer while waiting in the rest of my case.

@Leo yes i did get it remarkably. I think I got it 5 weeks exactly after my receipt date.

@Leo yeah I know. That’s what I’m praying I don’t get. My attorney is expensive, but yesterday they got 50 approvals in for this week. she has really good statistics so I am hopeful. 🙏🏽

@Jose, i was in the same position as you, freaking out, sleepless nights, but i got exhausted 😭😭. Just Pray, only God has all your answers and his timing is the best and he knows your struggles. We should be thankful at least we have the PF.. can you imagine not getting PF? you will be going crazy by now 😭😭

@Leo you are correct. I keep praying and being faithful. That is all we can do. And yes, I am very thankful too that I got my PF. Without that I would be much more nervous.

@Leo no his is just an AOS I485. He already had a non immigrant visa, got married here and then was eligible to adjust status.

@AD well mine is not completely approved yet. Only have my prima facie. I am still waiting to get my EAD and AP. Then will have to do my interview for my i485 if my vawa is approved. My attorney honestly did all the hard work and put my evidence packet together. My statement letter, support letters and letters of good moral character, all the documentation needed, my ties to USA, bills, insurances, other documents to help prove vawa being legitimate, FBI clearance and police clearance. That is just some of it all. My attorney did a really good job to make my case strong. I know I have the best chance possible.

@Leo yes you are right. It is too bad we cannot get approved so quickly like him. 😅

PF doesn't mean 100 percent your case will get approved. some people get approved without PF and for vawa bio it will never show on the case other than i765 or i485

I did my biometrics since August 2021 and it was only applied to the i485 and my case has not been updated since then. I have also not received my EAD till now

@leo they reused my biometrics from asylum case, Vawa case received September 2021 but didn’t receive any rfe or PF I’m just hanging in there

@2022filer me same thing they reused my biometrics but didn’t even get an update on my I360 or I-485

@Kalel, wow, that is a long while coz i know it takes about 3 months to receive PF.. but do not worry, sometimes you want them to be silent.. it means things are ok.. I don't think you will receive any RFE if until now you haven't heard from them. You should get your EAD soon. I saw someone from September 13 getting his approval for EAD. Hang in there. Give it couple of weeks. Pls let us know if you get approval for EAD.

@kalel, please don't, hang in there. i have seen people like you and they suddenly saw their status change to card being produced. It all depends on the officer you get. I guess some officers don't feel the need to issue out a PF.. and yes i know PF does not mean approval but for Sanity purposes it helps lol... better for them to be silent than issuing an RFE. You don't want that. Remember, when the Sun goes down, Stars come out! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

You’re right, we definitely don’t want a RFE so no news is much better than getting that. No updates on my case yet. @suleyman I had to apply for i601 because of dui from my past. I was young and am different man now but I still have to answer and explain for my past.

Yes @Nikki Lubin I actually received my combo card few days after I posted and my status still shows case received.

@2022 filer, I am a VAWA filer and I only filed my I-360 without the I-485 because of financial constraints. Does that mean I will not receive an EAD until I have filed an I-485 too? Btw, I filed my I-360 January 17 2023, received PF March 08, received biometric appointment for April 14.
