Q. What does a “Case Remains Pending” message mean in the USCIS Case Status Online tool? A. A “Case Remains Pending” message in case status online indicates that an officer reviewed the application and determined that it could not be approved on that date because the Department of State could not allocate a visa number. Once a visa number can be allocated, USCIS will resume the processing of the application. If the applicant has submitted a transfer of underlying basis request, USCIS will continue processing that request and moving the application forward in the adjudication process. (Added 10/26/2022).

I think it is good news, because your PD isn’t current they will process your GC when it comes current. however let me ask, is it your I-485 EB3 Unskilled? when did you submit it to them? also did you get your EAD and AP? let me know if yes when?

mine says like that We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application

mine was filled on November 17th 2022 I did the Biometrics exactly one month after, then I got my EAD approval last week, however my I-131 remains the same no updated at all either for the Biometric, the I-485 only shows Biometric was taken since December 2022, and I-785 now is (mailed to you) but I didn’t receive it yet, it was updated yesterday.

@shahrukn yes, got my EAD 1 month after case remains pending notice and I-131 about two months later

everyone is so lucky to get their ead/ap in quite a short time…. Here I’m still waiting from last 15 months 😭😭

I am waiting too on EAD @sparrow mine has been almost 10 months while others are getting in 3-4 months.

The Sparrow and S B, my EAD took 11 months to be approved.

yes i have seen people getting within a year that can be understatedable. mine is still pending from last 15 months

No.my PD is Sept 21.so I guess we have to wait fo nex month visa buletin and hopefully it's will become current again
