Case Processing Time
Hi All
I have question about case processing time. When I am seeing case processing time for I765 Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] at Texas Service Center, it shows 11.5 Months to 13.5 Months. f someone is having priority date of 15-May-2021. Dies it mean his processing time will come around 15-May-2022?

you start counting from your pd date .i looked at the timeline and tried to help but texas case inquiry timeline is confusing i dont see the option for C9 or based on pending i-485 application

that’s the way we should interpret. but the date gets updated at end of every day so we never know that’s the real case enquiry date. dates will jump back to an older date if there lot of service requests raised for date crossing the case enquiry date. i personally had lot of challenges in understanding the processing times. so it’s better to hang tight and wait for the approvals

Texas is processing backlogs from Oct-Dec for I-765. It’s more 15 months waiting than what they are showing. When did you apply for your I-765?
