case not updating on web page or this app.
hey everyone, I noticed that my case in the tracking system hasn't been updated since June when everything was received. I did my biometrics and this week I received a recipe about I485j waived fee. but none of it has been updated in the tracking is that normal? it makes me anxious that it doesn't say my prints were taken since they were in August 3rd. also I talk to someone in USCIS Through Emma and they say the prints were taken. so idk why is not updating.

I have the same problem too. it been 40 days my case wasn’t updated.

@ jose I'll be calling on Monday them on Monday to ask why it hasn't been updated. I'll let everyone know what they tell me

The last time my case was updated was 10 months ago January 2021 and it was fingerprints taken. I received RFE in July, responded to RFE in August, still no update on my online status. It's still fingerprints taken.

@ kdj A so basically we could receive the GC and still not be updated online, wonder why they don't update it frequently

Par Slm yes my case I-485 was approved today, yesterday they updated to new card being produced and today to Case was Approved. so apparently my GC is on the way 🤞
