Applied April 1,2021 , Ead received NOV 8 ; INTERVIEW JAN18,2022 , INTERVIEW AT CAMPUS CIRCLE IN IRVING TX , STILL NO UPDATE ON CASE SINCE INTERVIEW 😢

@ Elizabeth I applied June 29th 2021, biometrics Nov 1st 2021, and interview Dec 16th 2021 and 130 approved on Feb 1st 2022 no ead & no expedition

@elizabeth zapata; thank you hopefully I get approved soon 😔 I did the trick to contact Emma and I guess it did trigger my appt because I got it a week after , don’t know if that had something to do with it or it was gonna happen . @Omar s how long did it take for them to approve you was this based on marriage with a us citizen ?? Dallas office ?

I think it does help because I called about not receiving the biometrics appointment and then a week later we got a letter.

@ Aseret I filed the 130, 485 and 765 concurrently, I had the interview for my 130 & 485 on Dec 16th, my 130 was approved on Feb 1st, I’m still waiting to hear from them with a decision for my 485

@Aseret you gotta understand every case is different, just because you’re case went the way it did that doesn’t necessarily mean my case has to go the way your case did. like I said I never received my ead card, nor did I have to interview for a ead card I got my interview for my 130 & 485, idk why but I think it’s because it was approved after my 485 interview, the IO was asking me and my spouse questions pertaining to the 130, I’m just trying to share my experiences with uscis, inspire, encourage and motivate everyone that’s going thru this journey with me. I hope we all succeed and get approved

@omar s i Never said it had to go my way I was just asking about your experience . I know everyone’s case is different . I’m aware . I’m just curious about other peoples case , some people have no interview for anything and get green card . That’s why I asked how your case was going that’s it no need to get mad . Hope your case gets approved soon and my husbands as well because he has been in this ride for a while .
