Case approval certified by USCIS
Hello community, So today I received an update on my pending 485 stating my “Case approval was certified by USCIS and been forwarded to the appropriate appellate office. That office will mail me a final decision”. Anybody have an idea what that could mean? My interview was on December 30, 2020. 130 was approved 2 days later and now this update on the 485. Should I celebrate assuming it was approved or it still under review or consideration? Marriage based AOS PD: 02/24/2020 Tampa FO Thanks.

Not sure what they do at this appellate office but I am familiar with the term appellate court. Please research cause most times it has to do with reversal or appeal of a decision.
