Can we mail civil documents to NVC without document cover sheet?
My DS-260 is completed and I need to submit civil documents via mail but I don’t have a document cover sheet. Do I need to attach document cover sheet with civil documents?

@ I-140. The instructions clearly state that you need to send the documents with the cover sheet on top of the civil documents. One cover sheet for the same NVC case number. Good luck

@Consular GC Hi I think I have the same situation, I received Welcome Letter with the Cover Sheet, I completed the DS-260 but Don’t have any options to upload documents online, so I now noticed the cover sheet. Do I need to send the documents after all ?
