Can I travel with a pending i360
For a couple of months now, my dad has been sick. I am currently on a religious visa, and I have filed the I360 petition to begin the Greencard process. Can I travel back home to see him? I know US consulates outside the US are backlogged and interview dates are stretched out. Also, I don't know if leaving the country will put my petition at risk— especially with my religious visa expiring this November.

Do you think this is enough ground to expedite? My estimated wait time is 22-28.5 months at the California Service Center for the I360. Another 15-24 months for the i485 after the i360 is approved.

you can travel, if you have the religious visa stamped in your passport, but if you are using the extension, I will advise you not to travel, coz I did travel with a valid visa stamped in passport while my petition was still on. not expired visa stamp.
