not pass border check point without proper visa to enter. you’re risking everything. past immigration check point is like going out of country.

if you have a combo ead+advance parole card or a separate advance parole card you'll be fine crossing the border. otherwise you'll need a valid visa to re enter

don’t try to pass border checkpoint because u won’t be able to come back to USA.. make sure that checkpoint is not the border between USA and Mexico

our attorney suggested not to cross border check point on EAD. better to wait for your gc approval or trav via plane
