yes but you might have to establish financial loss in the absence of the 765. It varies on a case by case basis... but atleast this is good enough to put in the expedite request. also it will be easier to do this via emma than calling uscis in my experience.

@GC on the way, Honestly me and my husband are really struggling financially. the cost of living here in Reno is getting expensive and with only him as a sole provider we can't even buy enough food :(

@Esthefany, My first expedite requesr was denied and it was before my biometrics were taken however, according to a live agent I spoke to the denial is not associated with my biometrics. It was also stated that I don't fall to any expedite category for the 765

and normally they deny the expedite request if it was before biometrics... Don’t pay too much attention to the reason that reps. give. I have had some horrible experiences with them myself.

@GC on the way, when I tried to expedite it after I did my biometrics the live agent said if I'll get denied for the 2nd time, my case might be delayed in processing and that made me scared.

@Esthefany, my PD is March 11, 2021 I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for interview I-130 case is actively being reviewed by USCIS I-765 expedite denied as of June 25 2021 but biometrics were taken July 9 2021 I-131 case received since march 26 2021

yes I got my EAD in March

just got my green card did my interview august 11 case was approved the same day 2 hours after

pd July 27,2020 biometric January 5,2021 expedite request feb 03,2021 expedite request approved feb 09,2021 EAD March 27,2021 interview scheduled July 2021 interview august 11,2021 cause approved august 11,2021 new card being processed august 12,2021 next biometric august 20,2021 card shipped august 17,2021

RL 26 ... like I said don’t listen to the reps on customer service. you genuinely need EAD. Create the expedite request via EMMA chat. And tell them with confidence that you have all the supporting documents in case they need them.

@ alsu- you should just put in the expedite request for EAD first. In case USCIS asks for evidence, then you’d need a letter.
