Can derivative asylee travel to home country using refugee travel document?
Can derivative asylee(spouse or child) travel to home country from where they from using I-131 only (Green card still in process)? multiple resources have different data like yes or no. yes - because they not in risk to come back as main case only for main applicant.

better not too, if u claiming asylum and a family member is getting benefits based on that asylum better not to go to that country as it could make ur case had to prove

u claim for asylum, means u fear of something in ur home country. why ur spouse or kid wants to go back ?

to visit family etc… like exactly as you said I’m fear of that but not them, does it mean they are free to go? or not? my lawyer says that they can go but some other person that they cannot go

I completely agree with you. just trying to get clear info with, like position here that they are not been in a home country for more than 7 years and with current processing time could be much more
