Guys, have you experienced this? My date has retrogressed and if the EAD/AP file gets closed, I’m in trouble. I’ll be forced to leave work for god knows how long?!?!? Charlie estimated atleast a year…..that will be a financial death for me.

Amit, I had submitted 485j, my medicals and everything needed with the original application. Bio was applied from previous applications.

I got my Interview yesterday, I also submitted everything like you. and I yerviewer did not asked me anything, I just signed the documents and case approved. and within 15 mins .y i765 and 131 showing the same as yours and i485 approved. thats why I am thinking that they are already approving your i485 without interview. then you don't have to worry. no need of ead to work.

is your case employment based or through marriage? your green card is most likely approved without interview

Update: They approved my combo card this morning. That’s the update … “new card being produced.” Unfortunately, date retrogressed and no 485 for now. It’s still stuck on “bio taken.”
