@user 124 @Sandra Dec2021 my PF expired from July 9th 2024,haven't received another one, I only got 2 (1) year and (6) month ,normally my lawyer would email me as she received because everything comes to her office because of abusive ex husband at the time, I have faith that by the end of January I will be approved so I can get my WP and AP,God blessed you all

@Blessed By God did you asked yoir lawyer about the prima facies? i always have to be bugging my laywer evertime my prima facie expires to see if a new one came in. lawyers are so slow 😩

@Sandra Dec2021 hope you keeping strong we almost there although am badly in need of job to pay my bills that are packing up on me. Never had to asked her as soon as she received anything she emailed it to me and I will be calling her by the end of this month bexcuse my 3years and almost a month it's way passed, when file it 24months for vawa and they moved it 35 to 41 months

@Sandra Dec2021 guess had to resigned my job September 19th 2024 because the owner try to sexual assault me and did multiple financial abuse (where it considered getting pay) and I was only working with a Tax ID Number, and I had to pay my tax last year December with no job, it's just really suffering

@Blessed By God oh im so sorry. yes we are almost there. i see the approval time increasing to over 1140 days. a few months back all were getting approved by the 1080th day. we passed that already. i keep a count down app. it helps my anxiety. wish you and all in this app the best.
