omg this is scary even us Citizen file is not getting approval in one year?

Yes i been waiting for ever my lawyer and congress representative have been involved i send about 4 expedite requests and still waiting

@Basheer what do they tell when you call them?

any RFE earlier?

its processing and its under the normal processing time but they did accept my expedite requests 3 times and told me once within 45 days i should hear something that was back in October and 2 other times in February and june they said 30 days and haven't heard back from them last request they rejected the expedite request.
