C08 renewal Potomac Feb 10 receipt - Mandamus suit?
My receipt date is Feb 10, 2021. The processing time increased from 10 to 11 months for EAD renewal C08 at Potomac again. Especially with the holidays coming it will get further delayed. This is ridiculous.
My lawyer suggested filing a mandamus suit and it will cost $200/person. We already have 2 people and need 3 more to get this filed to share the fee of filing.
If anyone is tired of this wait and needs their EAD quickly then DM me and I can put you in touch with my lawyer. I think it's high time we do something about it. I have already tried multiple expedite requests, congress person expedite and senator expedite. They rejected all of them.
