you can check on USCIS web site the processing times at your field office.But you see all kinds of stuff-people getting approved in 4 months and people waiting for years and years.So it’s basically just luck.

my biometrics also reused and I have been waiting since October 2021. Today I got the update "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS"

mine was reused twice in 2020 and in 2022 this last time was fast they reused it on 01/06/2022 and I got approved on 02/02/2022 so good look

it all depends on your field off, i had the same questions 4 months back but unfortunately the answer is NO

My Biometrics were reused when I first came to this country, turns out, they gave me a complete strangers A Number who had the same name, birthday and origin as me. please make sure they are your biometrics, if USCIS has never taken your biometrics in USA, please schedule a biometrics. the mix up with the A number has caused me serious stress and greif

I have given biometrics and fingerprints before, that's so frustrating hopefully no one else faces that problem.
