mine didn’t change at all until I got notification that my interview was scheduled. it was 3 weeks apart.

Same here. Don’t worry about it. Did my biometrics 09/10. Stuck at “case actively being reviewed” too. I think they keep most people on that status right now to deter people from asking for interview schedules.

My status is stuck too. i had my appt on 9/14 but my asc office closed that day for inclement weather. I dont know if they ever gonna chang it to: a new appointment will be sent (or whatever).... Some people say i will get a new appt within 3 weeks. 1 down, 2 more to go 😭😭😭

No, I haven’t applied for them. I assumed that my case would be one of the fast ones as I have been with my wife for 5.5yrs (although married 8 months) and we have a 4yr old child. I never received a receipt notice and therefore unable to apply for EAD & AP. I am still waiting for my receipt notice.

A new appointment will be sent based on the appointment letter sent to you . pls read it you will.see that portion that stated that if the ASC closed . @Zynn.

K P ohhh i know! just wish it would be sooner rather than later. 3 weeks is too much time. I may lose my job because of this delay. Its not fair that uscis takes too long to set me a new appt. Thanks though

More than 100 calls, more than 50 emails so far…nothing.

They said 20+ years for that.... For now im just working to provide for my child. Like i said if they delay my bios im gonna get very upset. This is not my fault. Once again thank you for your kind words. I'll never forget them

It only started showing that after biometrics.

and nothing more yet

Had my biometrics appointment on 8/30 and no change in case status since. Good to see someone got their interview was scheduled 3 weeks after their biometrics though - hopefully any day now
