in Seattle, the usual minimum is around 4 months. i know some people with 10 months wait as well

mine was 12 months! so it just varies

I think it all depends. It took NBC 7days to schedule me for Biometric for I- 485

depends on FO appt availability.

Truth be told. nobody knows how USCIS works. my FO is CA and my receipt number show NBC and biometric was scheduled with 7days after receipt while other applications takes shorter or longer wait time. I largely think it depends on the case worker handling your file.

The long wait is extremely frustrating. can’t get a job neither any health insurance.

on Health Insurance: I think your spouse should be able to add you to her/his health insurance coverage after marriage.
