rfe was the paystubs of my co sponsor I thought W2 was enough but they said they needed paystubs

don’t worry, it’s means you got approved
it happened to me too. I got notification like yours before for my combo, they closed my application without sending my combo and sent me my greencard.

Hi Kibe, do you have any updates? I got the same status and reached out to USCIS, and the agent told me to send a letter to the NBC to have them reopen..

no I never followed up with it even expedition I haven’t done after being rejected three times. I’ve decided to wait and see what happens

Okay thanks for responding. I chatted with EMMA again because I was just worried about the wait, and the agent said they’ll schedule a callback with a Tier 2 agent. Hopefully I haven’t messed this up. And hopefully its great news for all of us.

guys I have they 1 290b case file motion to reopen since August 2021 they mail me letter say they receive my appeal &incase they need biometric they will mail also I send Renew of my ead June 2021 and 23 days ago I get update they close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means I don’t know what it mean I stress out so it’s being 8 months & yesterday I receive letter that’s they receive my appeal and transfer my case to they chief officer at federal plaza ny & incase I need to make inquiry I should mail them
