Batch Numbers
I have been keeping track of cases of numbers getting approved or being worked on currently and noticed that majority of cases starts with IOE09 so I am thinking maybe they are working on cases with specific numbers. Are majority of 130's being mailed in or are they just working on cases mostly with 09 only for a specific period of time before going to cases that just start with IOE9?. They have been on 09s for the last few months. Any ideas from anyone experienced with that sort of thing?

all I know is IOE09 are forms that filed when mailed and IOE9 are filed online and they say it’s faster when you file online than when you mail unless you file concurrently so I don’t know

I would say we didn’t do online and sent in paper forms but ours is IOE as well

IOEs are applications that were either filed online or mailed and then they converted to an online application - meaning they scanned everything

IOE09 are mailed in and easier to track because they're issued in order. IOE9 are filled online but not assigned numbers in order and this harder to track. Hilites seems to be the only one that attempts to track those receipt numbers. You can track the order of which IOE09s are being approved by checking CaseStatusExt. They actually being worked majority in order by the first three numbers following 09.

Interesting I thought I was confused before of how USCIS works but now I am even more confused. I hope everyone here gets to be the rarity and get approved very soon because honestly the checking I have been doing daily is taking a toll on me. I'll just focus on work, exercise and attempt to finish my 6 years worth of backlog video games to make the time go faster. Everything feels slow when I check everyday lol. For those of you waiting since 2021 I pray you all get that approval really soon.
