How many people are still waiting for a decision after interview? how long? what is your situation?
Mine is 3 weeks. Sent rfe for Medical and officer requested for more proof of living together.

Dee ID: did you get approve? what was your medical RFE for? is it because you were not vaccinated against COVID?

we are approved and just received his green card my husband already had his covid shot

@dee didn’t you give them lease with both of your names on it? and which extra proof did you send as proof of living together? I hear Atlanta field office like to make second interviews a lot. I pray you get your gc soon. my interview is in 2 weeks.

We are tired of reaching out to them. Just want to enjoy Christmas and new year without any stress. We will resume with them on the 3rd. Lol

@meena that’s also fine to reach out after the new year. get a lawyer to threaten a mandamus. they will take action on your case in as early as 1 week. I’m hoping my case does keep long to get approved. if it passes 120days, my lawyers are definitely gonna threaten a mandamus. all the best😊

@Dee Id this gives me hope I did my interview Jan 12 ,2022 the IO gave my the RFE Medical by hand I was shocked that she did that cause she was so mean . I sent it on 01/20/22 . No response yet . I just prayer that I get a response in 60 days . The devastation is unbearable . 🥲 Atlanta FO. I was searching so had to see if there’s anyone with a similar situation . May God help us all .

@chichi Atlanta fo has backlog for approvals. I got my approval after exactly 1 month. don’t worry you’re gonna be approved soon. keep praying and have faith. everything will be fine xxx
