No, I didn’t apply online. I get the mail everyday hoping there’s something there, that why I’m asking. Is it possible to get a letter in the regular mail without updating the case online? If not, I can stop having hope everyday 😂

so the documents page only shows up if you applied online. you can get the letter in mail before the status changes. it is possible but not likely.
