I have friend submitted her NIW ( definitely not LIN, don’t know if it is TSC) in Mar 2021 and got approved in Dec. Her I485 just approved yesterday. Super fast!

I think that the Texas center is currently processing Dec 2020 for I-140, you are probably seeing premium processing approvals.

@manny, did you do concurrent? TSC is notoriously slow for concurrent cases.

it’s super random. i had a friend who submitted in June 2021 and got approval early December 2021. I am still waiting since March 2021.

Concurrent EB2-NIW Feb 2021 at TSC and nothing yet. Only biometrics done in Nov. And EAD just approved bcs expedite request approved. Does someone know why concurrent is slower?

@ana, no logical reason. they are deliberately delaying semi and concurrent filings.

@kamelia, TSC even approved cases from Dec 2021. Utterly unfair and frustrating.

@ Abdullah Ash Saki, that is ridiculous if they are approving cases from Dec 2021 while we 2020 and early 2021 filers are still waiting! where are you seeing those cases?

Wondering if those faster ones are not concurrently filing, and this is why i140 are getting approved faster.

@Ana, concurrent ones are definitely slow. But, even for non-concurrent cases, TSC is approving late submitted cases faster while most early submitted cases are pending.

Shoaib Bhai I have filed my case in May 2019 and was approved in Oct after filling Writ of Mandamus

If they don't increase that time I am expecting the same too. My only concern is that this time increaseed from 12.5 to 15 months a few days ago. Hopefully that things are not happening anymore.

Last year when? I am Feb 2021 concurrent, and I am hoping to Green Card before Dec this year to be able to travel. I am desperate!

My i140 just got approved! PD Feb 21, transferred to Nebraska on April 27th.

Guys, what is the status of your i485? Mine is still fees for biometrics received even I took biometrics last November.
