hmm Kk, I used to work in the marriage office of my towns metropolitan assembly in Ghana. people used to come in with this issue. all I know is, whether you married in court or church, the marriage office of your metropolitan assembly issues the license for both, court weddings the metro will give you the signed cert. church wedding, the church will give you cert. which they got from metropolitan assembly

they do, customary marriages can be registered too, same office that registers court n church weddings does that too
