My daughters was sent on Dec 2020 and I hear they are processing around that time for TSC. You will have to wait a bit.

260 days still waiting Texas

My I-130 case was received October 14th, 2021 and as of yesterday October 25,2021 case is being reviewed. I have no idea what that means. I just started my journey.

my first letter says California but my lawyer told me yesterday it's at texas so I'm really not sure. when I asked a live agent they said California. so maybe it was at California and was moved to texas. either way I got excited seeing my case being actively reviewed after 11 days but no update so in guessing that's just normal

How long did your case take to move onto ‘being actively reviewed’? It’s been almost 4 months now but still stuck at ‘case received’.
