You should get medical done once you receive interview notice. You will have around 1 month after receiving the interview date.

@furkan yes they did i had some other case back in 2015 given biometric for and they are reusing that they send me notice that they are reusing for both the i485 and i765 but the staus is changed for only i485

look for a doctor in uscis website. call everyone near you. ask for a cost and lab work. they will know what vaccine you need to get and if you’re immune to other diseases. and they will tell you what vaccine you need to get. if you are in NYC or Longs island ny. I can recommend someone to you. 200 is so cheap lab work is included already. better than 2000 dollars
