Potomac is currently processing some cases from May 17, 2019. However, there are cases prior to that still awaiting a decision. I’m assuming since not all cases are the same, some are approved faster once their turn comes.

any idea , if I leave country while my i601A is still pending and attend interview at NVC in my country and after visa refusal I can file i601 from india and when it's approved then I can go bck to interview at NVC and get my visa ?!

I think that’s how it works. as long as you do not have any other things on your record and just the unlawful presence.

everything is good jus waiver taking soo long I have been in Usa from 12 year and can't wait anymore that's why I choose i601 to file from india cause according to uscis it's processing time is 6-9 month
