I think me filing my N400 made my i751 take longer because they'll prob do a combo interview

I think they prioritize 485 before 751

I checked around mine and all were approved months ago some last year

yeah my thing is a bit different

I separated with my wife on March 2020 we tried to make things up again and be together but it has not happened. my thing is we are not divorced yet and we filled I-751 as joined . as a matter of fact we have added four affidavits from her mother, brother and our two close friends that everything was bona fide. our lawyer also asked us to write statements form both of us that we are separated.

my still wife/ ex wife has a new boyfriend from May 2020 . but we are on good terms and everything. her mom really loves me . we have submitted a lot of evidences

my wife said that she will file for divorce at the end of this month

once you make sure that's known to the officers you should be ok

my thing is that if we have mentioned in our petition that we are separated, wouldn’t uscia expect a divorce decree by this time ? can they even ask for one of our case wasn’t converted to a waiver ?

the biggest thing why we got separated is because of kids . she stated that she does not want any

Mine was received Feb 26 2021. Biometrics submitted on 10/05/2021. Waiting on approval hopefully, within the next month.

@waiting patiently yes case was received on 02/26/2021 bio appointment was on 10/05/2021. I had to do bio for i485 as well. 43... is the last five. What can you predict for me lol? I see you predicting for others.

@Neo 9993 I was just making a guess but it seemed the best case scenarios were a year from the filing date if you didn’t get rfe, interview scheduled, still together, provided good evidence. The last month seemed a write off to me personally in most lines of business because so many employees were out of covid. I’m Feb 19 2021 so I think we both got about 1.5 to 2.5 months to go hopefully lol

@Waiting Patiently no RFE, no interview scheduled. I did send enough evidence for the two year period - joint tax returns, lease, national grid bills, joint bank statement, travels itinerary, photos, proof of beneficiary on 401k. We were interviewed for i485 (timeline was 8 months) It says "As of October 5, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number have been applied to your case." I hope so too. Within the next month or two. Hopefully. Good luck to us both!!
