I submitted my I-130 January of 2020 and got approved August 2020

it was 7 months long duration back in the day, now the processing time increased to 10-13 months to get approved 😞

pd on 28 December, case approved on 15 September

if you filed in December and haven’t been approved, that means my approval is a far way from here , I filed March 2021, actively reviewing May 28 and nothing since

I submitted my I-130 fom my mom December 15th 2020 my case is being actively reviewed at the texas center im and American citizen im still waiting

ok ,so just today my case status changed to be under review after 1 year from submitting 😀 hopefully all of u guys got good news today too

actually December 5th 2020 they received my I-130 December 15th and it's been on actively reviewed since February 3rd 2022

yes all we can you is pray 🙏 and stay positive I can't wait to have my mom here with me I been in this country since I was 5 years old im 53 now came here with my dad well good luck to you and hopefully you will be reunited with your love one's soon

my case was approved yesterday October 26th I-130 Texas center it took 10 months

it’s been 7 months for me and I haven’t heard anything as yet
