maz Ahmed the process is all u gotta do is sign the lawsuit once the lawyer prepares it then within 30 days the us attorney for uscis respond to the lawsuit and solve the problem outside the court

sam my case was very complicated as I didn’t have no police reports or anything even though they denied my vawa the first time I applied but I didn’t give up I filed again and got approved all u need is a good lawyer

yes I applied twice first time I was denied Bcz they didn’t believe there was abuse and they didn’t believe we even lived together

yes I did prove it but I didn’t have even a single picture with my spouse Bcz I had a fire in my crib and everything got burned and I gave them the fire report and the prove of the fire I’m telling u my case was pending since 2017 and vawa approved 2018

Congrats! I appied for VAWA about 6 months ago. I don’t have police reports and my “close friends” did not want to get involved. I gave them my own statement and my cousins, the only one who was around me because my ex wife made me stay away from the rest of my family. They did not know what happened between us. I have police calls transcripts from all the times my ex wife called the cops from my phone to threat me with deportation. She went to rehab twice and for the first time I had a medical bill from the rehab and I sent that to the USCIS as well. I saw a therapist.... We had many pictures together, with friends and family. We had a big wedding but she went crazy after a while and would never apply for my green card because she did not want me to be free.
