after denied i485 my status recently changed to your correspondence was received and we are reviewing it
I was recently denied of my i485 thru marriage petition because I couldn’t show up while I was at the hospital.. I sent them paperwork of the hospital and the reason why I didn’t show up. few days later I received denial notice in November and just last week I saw my status changed to we received ur correspondence and uscis is reviewing it. I don’t know if this was a mistake or maybe they just see my evidences and the reason and I didn’t show up .. I am confused tho I already file Vawa just wait for the receipt to come out and file another i485

Your name is my Dad’s first name 😊😊. And yeah they must just received the illness paperwork and reviewing it so they might reverse the action and call you for another interview but it’s best to do a write up to them with your VAWA receipt notices letting them know you want your case be held in abeyance or transferred to VAWA

@kenny Kenny ejire ara isokun 😅😅😅, yes sis/bro .. I did write a notarized letter with all the hospitals report , fedex receipt showing it was delivered to Vermont but am yet to receive the Vawa receipt because I filed in November 18 and my second interview was21th.. I guess it’s u that I saw that your Vawa was recently approved
