Advice for chatting with live agents on USCIS website πŸ˜€
Hi, I chatted with live agents on my case recently and would like to share my experience with you about chatting with live agent. Hopefully it's useful :D 1. Prepare all your answers, so you can copy and paste it easily when chatting with live agents. They will ask you questions like: + Receipt number: I 485... + Receipt number: I 130 + First and Last name + DOB + Mailling address + Email (used when creating uscis account) + Phone Number + Your questions. Need to open a new chat box if you want to know the process for both forms like I485 and I130 because they can only provide information for each form due to security and privacy... 🎯 Done. 2. Type "live agent" when opening Emma Chat on USCIS. 3. Wait and type your Receipt number. 4. Copy and paste answers time πŸ˜‚ I waited around 10 minutes/each chat box, they will give us a number. chatted with 3 live agents. A live agent told me that "during the process, case will tranfer to different offices very often. They will only send a notice via mail if this transferring will affect case significantly." Lol now I just wait because nothing I can do more πŸ˜† πŸ’¬ my case: I130 is transferred from NEBRASKA to NBC, so all my forms are in NBC currently. PD: March, 2022. IR1. Biometrics appointment: May, 2022 FO: San Antonio, TX.

@Charbel, I wrote "live agent". keep writing till it shows you options like check status, green card.....I choose "green card".
