Hi everyone, I live outside the US, and my husband is the petitioner for our CR1 visa. He recently received his biometrics appointment. His case is related to the Adam Walsh Act, but it happened over 20 years ago when he was younger he was 18 and she was 17 and He served two years in prison. I’m wondering what usually happens after biometrics in such cases. Is there still hope for approval despite the old Adam Walsh case? I would really appreciate any experiences, advice, or guidance from anyone who went through something similar. Thank you so much!
