it took my dad about 1 year and 3 months for his case to be sent to visa center and he's been waiting for anout 8 months right now for an interview

I sent my documents and the California Cervice Center received they first on July 21, 2020. I got on December 2, 2020 the actively reviewing status and nothing new so long time: already 1 year and 3 months :’( F2A permanent resident filing for a spouse and 2 children under 21 :(((((

USCIS is literally reviewing all I-130 forms, they’re just opening them up. I think we still have a long way for approval unfortunately

My PD is 2/17/21, LPR and center is Vermont. Mine also started to review today and I saw another person start actively reviewed today whose PD is March 2021. So that’s why I think they are opening all the cases

my PD is September 2021. I was super happy that I got actively reviewed today. but it looks like a lot of people did too! I just saw one lady from Vermont that got actively reviewed yesterday and then another one today. when she checked under documents she saw her approval notice. let’s all hope we get ours soon! 😭 the wait is too long and tickets are too expensive lol

@f2a I am not sure. but she filed an IR1/CR1. but when I called uscis last week they told me that there was no difference

nect week they're suppose to update their processing times. Since they put many Vermont's cases under review maybe they will speed up a little 🤞🤞 let's keep hoping for the best 🙏🙏

IR1/CR1 is for US citizens. But yes let’s keep our hopes up. The last time processing times were updated was on January 28 so the next update should be soon
