@raza khan I submitted my i485 in January 2025 and my PD is May 2023. my i485 is under review since biometric on February 25, 2025. let us know if you receive any update

@s p dont rely on this time. my time increased from 4 months to 7 months . its not accurate

You may get this situation when your case is transferred (from NBC to FO for example), or when someone is accessing your file, or it’s been assigned to a case officer. Any news is good progress

@M M @s p . i talked to live agent and she told me my case has been sent to Los Angeles county and our interview has been waived . any updates for you ? the portal is still the same

@raza khan Same. My case is moved to San Bernardino, and interview waived.. The case been at this field office for sometime however, api event shows FAT0 which wasn’t the case before.. No other info yet

@raza khan since my biometric in February, my case is actively being reviewed in NBC. no update yet. I believe they started working on cases submitted in December. I submitted mine on January 28

@s p received an rfe. asking for polio vaccine. stupid surgeon didnot give me vaccine for polio which is mandatory

@raza khan dang! I imagine it’s a quick fix. Send/Get vaccine documents asap and you’ll be approved soon after. Noticed the many medical rfe patterns and approvals since couple of weeks - just matter of time now.

@raza khan another applicant on Lawfully (handle @cricket smile) also received the similar rfe for polio. check the post
