80,000 Green cards wasted
Just learnt that 80,000 GC were wasted by USCIS.
I think they never had genuine intention to utilize all the numbers because I feel when tere is a will there is a way.

official communication from uscis? I learnt there is 150K unused family based green cards that will be added to EB for 2022 fiscal year.

they just don’t have enough people to process all within such short period of time. I did see their intention in processing as many as they could by 09/30, a lot of EB catgerories with no interview and straight forward to decision, thousands of them!
